Leads Direct believes that your success is our success! The LeadsDirect network is a discount lead site. We've been in business since 2003. To help you use the site, we've put together the most frequently asked questions (FAQ's) that our clients have asked over the years.

Leads are posted 24 hours a day, 7 days per week in real time. For example, when a consumer clicks "submit" on one of our, (or our partner) web pages, the leads are run through or verification system and entered into the database.
We then age and discount the price from their time of entry into the system.
We let the age of the Leads drive our pricing. We adjust the price of any given lead based on how long it has been in our system. We start with a base price for the freshest leads and discounted from there. Each lead price is marked to the left and will decrease in price over time.

The site will automatically e-mail instructions to reset your password. To request, simply attempt to log in to the site with the password that you think is correct. If the password that you enter is incorrect, the site will display an error page with the option of entering your e-mail address to have the password reset.
You may view your purchase credits and other transaction history by logging into the site, and then clicking on the "My Account" link under your login name at the top right of the page. Once in the My Account page, click on the “Transaction history” page.
Closing rate is heavily dependent on the person doing the closing! That said, our clients report back that 10-20% of the leads we provide result in sales in the short term.
Some tips for closers: Call the consumer quickly. Be persistent. Use a leads management system whenever possible, If you haven't gotten in touch with the consumer, put the lead in your tickle file to call in 3 or 4 weeks. Aged leads sometimes close better than new!
When purchasing leads from Leads Direct, you will be purchasing a shared lead. Shared leads may be sold to more than one agent over time, giving you a significantly lower cost per lead! Shared leads are often only sold twice or less…it’s a big country! One important note about why we sell shared leads vs. exclusive. Exclusive leads are by their nature exclusive only to the lead provider; however, the consumer can continue to shop. The same consumer that generated your exclusive lead could have called 5 other companies or submitted for multiple quote requests prior to coming through us exclusively. That fact plus the added cost is why we sell a shared lead.
